Edit selected text with your voice, and paste your last dictation again.
New
- Dictate with text selected: an instruction such as "make it polite" rewrites the selection, and anything else replaces it (trial). This works in Electron apps too. Saying a selected word again with the same reading swaps in a different spelling that fits the context.
- Paste your last dictation again with a shortcut.
- The main window can switch to your dictation results, and a setting keeps them out of the History List.
- In the mini display, the bars light up from left to right while a dictation is processed.
- A new Koemoji Server pane in Settings, for organizations that use itsustar. Once you sign in, dictations can be processed by your organization's server. Without signing in, everything stays on this Mac as before.
Fixes
- Pasting a History Item now returns keyboard focus to the original app first.
- Whisper's stock phrase for silence is no longer typed as text.
- Formatting that joined the periods the recognizer inserted mid-sentence is no longer thrown away by the format check.
- Output devices with neither mute nor volume control can now be silenced while recording.
